SNAV, however, notwithstanding Art. 400 of the Navigation Code, grants the right to obtain a partial refund to a passenger who has purchased a ticket online or through Call Center and no longer intends or is unable to depart. The amount of the refund, with the exception of presale and booking fees which are always borne by the passenger and are not refundable, will be 100% of the cost of the ticket if the request for refund is received at least 90 days before the departure date, 80% of the cost of the ticket if the request is received between the 89th day and 48 hours before departure, and 50% of the cost of the ticket if the request is received between 48 hours and 4 hours before departure.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>A passenger who submits a cancellation request between 4 hours before the departure and the time departure, or who fails to show up for boarding for any reason (no show), is not entitled to a refund.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>The full amount for tickets containing special fares referred to in the following article, or promoted from time to time in information brochures, websites or travel agencies is not refundable.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"col-xs-30 col-md-12\">\n\t\t<p><b>Indicate the reason for
